As part of the Results-based Financing Facility (RBFF), EnDev with its implementing partner SNV created the Vulnerability Access Index (VAI), an innovative way to reach deeper into more socioeconomically challenged and vulnerable regions in Tanzania.

The Vulnerability Access Index is comprised of two key components: Socio-Economic Risk Factors (SER) and RBF Market Performance (RMP).
