Distributors of Lighting Global or Rwanda Standards Board certified multi-light Solar Home System (SHS) products can apply for receiving financial incentives from the RBF fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EnDev\u2019s Pro Poor RBF is a market-based financial support project in Rwanda, which seeks to accelerate access to electricity for low-income Ubudehe 1, 2 and 3 households in off-grid areas using targeted incentives. Participating companies receive an incentive for every solar home system sold to an eligible household without electricity access in off-grid areas in the districts Ruhango, Gisagara, Nyanza, Nyamagabe and Huye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An amount of more than 2 million \u20ac in RBF incentives is available for disbursement from November 2019 until March 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The call for Expression of Interest coordinated by our partner Urwego Bank PIc is open from 8th November 2019 until 30th September 2020. Applications are assessed on a first-come first-serve basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
